I have gone in crossroads 2 times. I intended to purchase items and had heard that this place might have a nice selection. They do have alot of nice items but I could not get service. The 1st time I went in there were only 2 workers and several people looking around the store. I waited around for what seemed like forever until one of the guys finally asked if I needed help. I started to say what I was looking for but he cut me off and said kind of rudely " if you figure out what you want to let him know"I left. I went there again today to buy. I walked into the store and there were a bunch of people behind the counter. They were not helping people. They were talking about different kinds of hot sauces. Totally ignored me as I walked around the store. I got no help so I headed to the door. I was on the sidewalk and the door was closing behind me when I heard one of them yell out. "Can I help you? Not friendly people. I was hoping that this would be one of my go to shops.
After calling several other area stores to inquire about their rates paid for scrap gold without issue, I called Crossroads. I was informed that I would have to come into the store because that information wasn't given out over the phone. For someone without the means to travel to each store individually and trying to shop around for competitive rates, this isn't the right place. They may have been paying the most in the area for all I know, and I will never know. If their rates are so fair (as many reviews claim), why will they not give out their rates paid for gold? The information is available online. It just feels sketchy.
I would highly recommend Crossroads Coins. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, fair prices and zero pressure to buy or sell.
Very good place to do business and very nice people there as well
Nice place to buy and sell numismatic items. Nice owners. Neat place to browse.
